How to play
Venore Survivors plays like a survivors game with the look and the movement of Tibia: pick a vocation, survive the hordes of a hunting ground and defeat its final boss.
Moving on the grid
Section titled “Moving on the grid”You and the creatures walk tile by tile, one SQM at a time. Walk with the arrow keys or WASD, or click a SQM to walk there. A diagonal step takes 3× longer: use Q/E/Z/C, the numpad 7/9/1/3 or press two arrows together.
Every creature takes a whole SQM, so you can get trapped. Trees, rocks, water and lava block the way, and the monsters walk around them.
Combat
Section titled “Combat”- Monsters hit in melee when they stand next to you (diagonals included), every 2 seconds. Distance monsters, like the Orc Spearman and the Bonelord, keep their distance and shoot.
- Armor mostly reduces physical damage, and the shield only blocks melee hits.
- Each creature takes more or less damage from each element: check the Damage taken table on its page before choosing your spells.
Experience and loot
Section titled “Experience and loot”- Experience drops on the ground as orbs and only counts once you pick it up.
- The ground also keeps the loot: coins, creature products, food and chests.
- Elites and bosses drop chests with several options, but you only take one. Evolutions only come from these chests.
