Bosses leave equipment of their hunting ground's tier (70% of the drops) or of the tier below (30%). This item comes from the bosses of the tier 5 hunting grounds.
Weapons drop for the vocation you are hunting with 70% of the time, and for one of the other vocations otherwise.
